The Language used in the conference will be English and no simultaneous translation will be provided.
Boston has a pleasant climate in September and temperature ranges between 20°C - 22°C. (70°F - 72°F) and generally it is partly cloudy.
All participants, registered accompanying persons are kindly requested to wear their badges during the conference in order to be admitted to the venue and other scheduled activities.
The official currency in USA is Dollars ($).
Banking hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 14:00. On weekends and all afternoons the banks are closed. Note that the weekend here is Saturday and Sunday.
Automated cash dispensers are located outside every bank and other areas and cash can be withdrawn 24 hours a day.
Foreign currency may be changed at banks, hotels, airports and in exchange offices.
All major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops.
The organizers are not liable for any injury or damage involving individuals and property during the conference. Participants are advised to take their own personal travel and health insurance with them for their trip.
If you require any help due to any disability please inform us before hand and we will try our best to provide any help.
Participants are requested to check with the US Consulate in their home country or with their travel agency for visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa, if required.
In Boston, an efficient and modern public transport system consists of buses and taxis exists.
There are scheduled buses available at bus stations which can be conveniently found all over Boston.
Taxis are available outside the arrival gate at the airport.
The journey to the city centre takes approximately 20/30 minutes depending on the traffic and costs approximately USD 10-15.
